if seller makes illegal and fraud violence,if seller do not able to export vehicles when buyer payment is completed.If seller make false statement and false product.If seller do not delivery vehicles and buyer would like to refund money .if seller unable to pay our paid membership regular basis payment out of notice date. then seller membership will termination temporarily.
TERMINATION SERVICE TEMPORARILY :
Public emergency like, earthquake, tsunami, floods, system failure due to hack tools and others emergency. Government restriction.
REFUNDS AND CANCELATION:
After payment is received by seller then Users would not cancel the contract.if both party,s(seller,buyer) agreed to cancel any contact then buyer should be bear bank transfer fees.
